Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

FINDOOM sells a one-time digital assessment report. Because the report is generated on demand and delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may abandon the assessment at any point before payment at no cost. Once payment is completed and the report is generated, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions

Refunds are considered only in the following limited cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same account, verifiable in Razorpay records. Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Verifiable payment success where no report was generated due to a platform-side failure and support cannot restore access.

How to Raise a Request

Write to support@findoom.io from your registered email within 7 days of the transaction, including your Razorpay Payment ID. We respond within 24–48 business hours.
