Delivery Policy

FINDOOM is a digital-only product. There is no physical shipment. The assessment report is generated and delivered on your account immediately after Razorpay confirms successful payment.

Delivery SLA

• Typical delivery: within 30 seconds of payment confirmation.
• Maximum delivery: within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
• You can re-download your report at any time by signing back into your account.

If Your Report Is Not Available

If your payment has been debited and the report is not visible on your account within 15 minutes, please write to support@findoom.io with your Razorpay Payment ID. We will restore access within 24 business hours.
