1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FINDOOM (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. FINDOOM is operated by Useful Products, a sole proprietorship registered in Jammu, J&K, India.

2. Nature of Service

FINDOOM is an educational, behavioural self-assessment product. It generates a personalised report based on user-provided inputs to help users reflect on their financial behaviours. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FINDOOM and must be legally competent to enter into a contract in India.

4. Payment & Access

Access to the full report requires a one-time payment of ₹199 ₹11 (beta pricing) (inclusive of applicable taxes). Payments are processed by Razorpay. Once paid, the report is delivered digitally and access is retained on your account.

5. Refunds

Because the report is a digital, generated deliverable, all payments are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, prompts, scoring logic, brand marks, and generated reports are the intellectual property of Useful Products. You may use the report for personal reference only; you may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Useful Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its outputs.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
